I bought a new Nikon P520 camera, which did not turn on. The seller is not interested in taking responsibility for the suitability of his product.

The buyer had one month to report any issues. He did not. eBay's return policy allows returns within one month. How come the buyer did not report for more than a month if the camera did not start? eBay will not even entertain such claims.

Absolute only store I could find selling a discontinued camera I had been searching for in a particular configuration/condition. I had a couple of clarifying questions that were answered quickly.
