While the item "works", it's about to blow the motor. This was $200 that will soon be in the trash. As soon as I turned it on, it blew dust/debris all over the place. I got another vacuum to clean it up. I've had a CMS 1000 since 1989. It's physically falling apart, but the motor is still pristine. I had to reach out to get all of the items that were listed as included. Hopefully they will be arriving soon. Overall, I would say I'm quite disappointed.
