I made a mistake when shipping this order which resulted in it being shipped with the wrong label (completely my fault). This is the first time I've ever had a shipping issue, and the buyer was fully refunded, but I feel bad for any problems this caused the buyer.
I just wish they had contacted me sooner when they noticed the order hadn't shipped so I could have corrected the problem instead of just leaving a negative review, though in this case the negative review is completely justified.
