14 days from order to actual shipping ("label created" but sat like that for two weeks), another two days to actually arrive. Opened a case as the expected delivery date came and went. Seller did not respond to case. Item arrived on the very day I would have been eligible to request a refund from eBay. Customer purchased a "Pocket Liner Rubber Mat Insert Cubby Dash" thinking it would be for the center console. However, nowhere on tittle or description it says for center console. Expected us to ship for center console dash liner for the same price as a dash liner, without a price difference.
