very bad experience package made of paper more than cardboard it is so poorly protected for a castlevania famicom collectible game it's a shame. paper for customs not done result obliged to pay taxes twice before being in dispute to be reimbursed I lost 30 dollars more which was not reimbursed. the store that shames Japan.

Please contact us first! I am sorry the package was damaged. You are welcome to return the item if it's damaged. Actually, we put your VAT number on the package so I am unsure why you had to pay tax again. This has happened with French customers before, it is unfair so please make a claim with your post office.
