Item did not work. Seller answered one email about returning the item and stated that they would send me a return label and to respond how I wanted to proceed. I requested to return for a refund. Not contact since then. Item does not work. I received no refund, no further communication.
Scammed out of roughly $175.00 for a product that doesn't work.

The module is not working properly. It looks good in physical conditions, delivery was properly made it. Module is accepted and recognized by Root equipments. Nevertheless once we used it with patient, with a sensor connected, we found displayed measurements were not corresponding with reality. Data displayed is altered, was lower than clearly expected. Its not reliable. Module were compared with another monitor tested and working properly.
