After one disc the player became erratic and unusable. It would be unreasonable and unfair for me to accuse the dealer of knowingly selling a defective player. With the sporadic nature of the problem, the player could have performed OK when the dealer tested it. The dealer paid for its easy return and sent without charge a working player, which had an additional accessory and which listed for $10 more.
