As I mention in all of my chocolate products descriptions and personally message all buyers after purchase, "it is the buyer's responsibility to consider the weather conditions since it is already summer and there is possibility that the chocolates will arrive in not as of a solid state as shipped" Everything is shipped in perfect condition and it is kind of naive to leave a review like that when neither I nor the Post can obviously control the weather.
