Packaged very well. Item is brand new. One draw back, it will not print. I think the ink cartridge is dried up. I am in the process of purchasing newer cartridges to see if it will print something. Everything else works great. The printer is in Arizona and I am in Washington state. I will be returning to Arizona around October, November and will see if I can get it to print. I have purchased about 6 ink cartridges and hopefully one of them or more will work.
