I messaged the seller prior to purchasing to ask if the machine was throwing any error codes. She was honest with me and relayed that she had not tested it, because she doesn't sew. I bought the machine. The original owner definitely used something to pry it open and snapped one of the plastic screw housings in doing so. Easy super glue fix. And the machine works like a charm! A little gappy at the joints and the auto-threader is shot, but that's normal for a used CS-80. 10/10!
