      Bought alternator for my reefer trailer never got it got refund thankfuly easy to get refund atleast. This error cost me alot of money is why i wont leave positive rating. Also item wasnt shipped out at all than 5 days later i contact them they had no idea. Unorganized company on ebay. Not bad price tho if i actually got the alternator only buy if your not in a hurry. Its a gamble if youll ever get it atleast they refund. I dont like to gamble tho.

      I'm very sorry for the bad experience you had. The order was placed on December 29th, and the warehouse submitted the package to UPS on December 30th. However, UPS did not scan the package, resulting in delayed delivery. The warehouse has repeatedly urged UPS to send the package, but all attempts have failed. It is likely that UPS has lost the package. We apologize again
