The computer is operating like new except for one small problem. The factory installed webcam had a picture the first day I tried it but later when I tried to use the camera all I got was a black screen. The camera itself does work but the video screen is the problem. This seems to be a common problem with Microsoft cameras. I don't fault the seller for Microsoft's ongoing problem. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

As we explained in our message exchange, given that the device was in your possession and in use for several months it's hard for us to determine what exactly could be causing the issue you are experiencing. It could be anything from a corrupted Windows update to a virus. We also explained that your product absolutely did come with a Warranty, we even sent you step by step instructions on how to file a claim to have your device serviced under warranty. CS

The battery in your product does meet the eBay refurbished standards. When a product like yours is loaded with extra features such as an i7 Hexa-Core processor, Backlit Keyboard, FHD 1080P TouchScreen and Intel UHD Graphics it can lead to a shorter battery life than other models with less powerful features.
