I was sold a non working printer. We hsve a high volume operation. I have changed out dozens and dozens of printers. This printer would not complete a printer self test nor would it communicate with the print server. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!

No return request no email from the buyer. Buyer received item shipped to his home three weeks ago and this is the first we're hearing of any problem. We accept returns so don't know why the buyer simply isn't returning the item or at least emailing us. Buyers generally don't keep so called defective items. They return them and we accept returns. hmmmmm?.
