Leider war der Fuß von der Figur abgebrochen und am Umhang war auch eine Stelle eingerissen. Mein Mann hat dieses geklebt was natürlich nicht so sein soll.

Leider kam der Artikel beim Transport kaputt an. um hier Abhilfe zu schaffen wir haben dem Käufer sofort vorgeschlagen, ihm auf unsere Kosten ein neues Exemplar zuzusenden, ohne das beschädigte zurücksenden zu müssen, aber er lehnte ab.----Unfortunately, the item arrived broken during transportation (this is an isolated case, but it can happen). To remedy this we immediately proposed to the buyer to send him another one at our expense, without the need to return the damaged one but he refused.
