As suspected, the item was not the correct size. The ring is described as correct for 3.5 inch speaker, but the hole itself is too wide, and when centrered, my 3.5" speaker could not screw into the ring. In the end I bought the correct item off amazon. We even sent you a message this day letting you know we were in the area that got wiped out by a tornado and straight line winds. We had just got power back on with extremely limited internet access as it knocked down both cell towers in our area. The carrier had already picked up.We have no problem providing a prepaid return label.
