es handelt sich um NEUTEILE von BOSCH lt. Kunde NEUTEIL defekt; Rücksendung vorgeschlagen um erst von uns dann vom Hersteller prüfen zu lassen ob Fehler vorhanden und wenn an den Hersteller einzusenden um prüfen zu lassen was die Ursachen ist, wie zBsp. Späne etc. Kunde lehnt ab und möchte sofortigen Ersatz oder Erstattung. Selbstverständlich kann auch ein neues BOSCH Teil mal defekt sein, trotzdem muss man dem Hersteller die Möglichkeit geben dies schnell überprüfen zu lassen.
