i recieved my rebuilt seat belt after almost 2 months. no update on rebuild progress. i finally contacted them and they said i needed to pay extra for webbing repair also. i recieved the seat belt back. i was disapointed with the rebuild and experience. they just reused my old crack, damage covers on the rebuild, not new ones.

i had to wait 2 months, after i paid for a 2 stage seat belt repair. no contact on seat belt progress other then the confimation purchase email, after 2 months. i reached out to them and says i paid for the wrong seat belt repair service. and that i had to pay extra for the webbing repair also. after i paid for webbing repair, which was not included in the seat belt repair. they finished my seat belt and sent shipped it out within a week. they even advertise 24hr turn around time.
