- s***_ (819)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe small quartz point arrived today, partial base broken which makes it very difficult to determine the type. It appears to be an Alamance which are found in Western NC; however. without restoration by a talented artist it is difficult to determine. It would have been helpful if the county where the point was found could have been told ! Shipping charges for this small point could have been some what less. but was not unreasonableReply from: quahetis_2_angeliasart- Feedback replied by seller quahetis_2_angeliasart.- Feedback replied by seller quahetis_2_angeliasart.It was broken when it was found and stated so in the listing. I know it is from Ashe County North Carolina. Located in the mountains Most likely very old Cherokee, with a few other possibilism of tribes. I know because I found it. Cherokee and Chickasaw are the most well-known from this area.
