    I apologize for the inconvenience. eBay inspection does not account for the fact that shoes older than 10 years old will have some discoloration. The shoes are new, but deemed not new due to very light discoloration. The shoes were accurately described with the photos, unfortunately they did not look at it.

    I wear a medium and I ordered a large so I could wear a sweat shirt underneath and just with a tee shirt II is so tight it's going to be hard to wear!

    Yes, I have stated in the description that the jacket runs small. So the Large would be a medium and wearing a sweatshirt would definitely run small. You would need an XL in order to fit a sweatshirt underneath.
