If that would have been the case, seller should have contacted buyer, which they did not. Shipping address has not changed in decades and is fine for all other eBay sellers. Seller clearly did not have the item they were selling but can’t be honest about it in the reason for cancellation. The only reason this is “neutral” and not “negative” is that a refund was issued without prompting from buyer. Just be honest!!!
