    Buyer opened a case on the 14th day of a 14-23 day delivery estimate. A refund was sent anyway 4 days later. We tried our best but unfortunately the postal service isn't perfect and we have no control once an order has been shipped. Buyer has purchased several times from us in the past with no issues. Sort of scratching our heads here on this one...
