A message was sent immediately after the purchase regarding the incorrect stock on the purchased item, there was only 1 item, instead of the 2 items purchased by the buyer. A refund was immediately sent for the item that was not available, and all the time that the buyer has waited, was the time he didn't answer my messages, I wasn't able to ship the item before the buyer agreed with the provided solution.
