Received promptly and the boxcar was packaged very well. Just disappointed that the description did not mention that both couplers fail to operate. Upon inspection noticed both coupler springs are missing and will need to be replaced in order for this boxcar to operate correctly.

Very positive experience with the seller. I found out that I already had the car and had ordered and went online to cancel the order, only to be told by ebay that it was too early to cancel. When I went back several hours later, ebay said it was now too late to cancel and to ask the seller if we could work something out. I contacted Seller and he had no problem refunding the money and cancelled the order and refunded the money.
