This is my second purchase and box was not sealed like the first one , it was for a gift that I was going to forward by postage but won't be able too now as it looks opened already and not suitable for a gift ,sent me a nasty small cheap child's scrunchie as a free gift that was also loose and not in a packet as a compromise of an inadequate product she new was not sealed won't buy here again very disappointed. Pictures 1 and 2 shows the difference .

Hi Diane, you were complaining before your order even arrived that it wasn't reaching you quick enough eve though it was delivered in the time frame advised - 4 full business days. Dot and Honey were not always manufactured with plastic wrapping, not all fragrances in general are made with wrapping. Im surprised that you would criticise a free gift which most customers are pleasantly surprised with and thank me for. If the wrapping is so important, you could send the one with wrapping as a gift.
