    Not as described or as shown in item photo . The two parts of the pipe collar do not match. One side was dark oak and the other light oak. Seller states that this is how they are supplied. Advised seller change supplier. Given the small cost it was not worth the time, effort or money to return them and no offer by seller to refund.
