They claim USPS never scanned the package so their is no way to track the package location. They apparently drop many packages off and hope they get scanned by USPS. Guess I'll take the refund, but I really wanted the item I won. I think eBay should require sellers to verify that packages are scanned so sellers can't claim unscanned packages are lost. Fix this process.
