I have been told by the seller it was on the way several times. I've been told the first shoe is missing and they are sorry and they will send another, this hasn't happened. I've been told the new shoe has the same tracking as the old, nope it still says a label was made but no pick up from UPS, meaning nothing has happened. I am over a month now and no shoe and am still being told they are looking into it. Cancelling order and moving on. Terrible follow through unless I made the contact.
