Set said there were 16 bakugan in the container, there were only 15. When I brought this up to the seller, rather than offering to send the last 1, they rudely responded with "if you're unhappy, send it back, thanks". Unproffessional, untruthful, and rude. Will not do business with again. An "Oops, sorry about that" would've sufficed. Some of them were also damaged and crammed in/hard to pull out. Seller listed them as used but didn't tell when some were loose or broken, only on the case/cards.
