Leaving a "neutral" to try and be fair but def qualifies as a negative experience. There was zero communication by the seller to reach out and try to resolve. After seeing cancel & refund, I had to reach out & was told an "issue with the address" but it's the same address I've used for over 15 years. After asking if I could rebid as I was unsure of why it was an address issue, was told it was sold" I hope this process is better for the next person; disappointing.
