The purse was supposed to be new with tags. I just got the purse and there are scratches on the frame is on one side is coming off. I will not be purchasing from this seller in the future and would advise others to refrain as well if I could give zero stars I would give that

This purse was new with tags.There was a chain strap and small scratches are unavoidable and were probably there prior to me purchasing it.It was kept in a dustbag and nothing was broken when shipped.People need to understand that no matter how well you pack things the USPS is not careful with packages and things can happen in transit that are uncontrollable.Had this buyer reached out to me prior to posting negative comments they would have seen my offer for a full refund.Sellers beware.
