They keep giving me excuses even when I tried to be understanding of the timelines at first. Despite showing that this was supposed to be a 48 delivery, 15 days later, from the first initial 10 days late in which she explained she was on holiday at which time it was too late to cancel. I would not recommend this seller as this is one of the worst experiences on EBay for me.Reply from: ageliki0912- Feedback replied by seller ageliki0912.- Feedback replied by seller ageliki0912.Buyer notified upon payment that I wouldn’t be able to send the parcel on time - so could have cancelled the transaction. I shipped a week later with tracking number via Royal Mail but parcel seemed stuck in transit - buyer harrased me for immediate refund and not allowing any time for me to get an answer to my claim to Royal Mail. Buyer claimed she didn’t want the dress because it wasn’t summer anymore.
