    Truffles arrived timely in a vacuum sealed bag. Upon opening to store as directed, it was apparent they were not fresh but hard as a rock. They had little truffles flavor and disintegrated when attempting to shave with a truffle slicer. Disappointing and expensive.

    Good morning. Every now and then you get an incompetent customer like this gentleman. Not only does he understand absolutely nothing about black truffles and he doesn't know that black truffles must be hard because it means they are very fresh and then black truffles are grated, not sliced.
