I tried all solutions at my disposal and concluded it is a faulty product. The seller does say no returns accepted on the listing and based on that I have no grounds for legal pursuit. I will point out that no returns accepted should not apply to something that flat out doesn't work. Thier terse reply with nothing but "No returns accepted" makes me question their stellar rating. I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. 0 stars
