Received wrong ones, ordered for dually needed for crew cab, sent the whole package back, then received bed rockers only, contacted several times, need the cab pieces, very poor communication

This is completely untrue. You purchased for a Dually, we offered to swap the bed pieces, your guy mistakenly sent back the entire kit, so we then shipped the cab pieces back to you. You then claimed you didn’t get the third shipment, yes that’s three times we paid shipping over your mistake. I asked you to double check and provided all three tracking numbers and we never heard back.
