      Hey Jaime, we're glad you're happy with our products but we're sorry you feel our after-sales support was lacking. You put the wrong address on your order, and didn't notify us until after it had shipped. We sent messages & called FedEx multiple times on your behalf & as soon as the package arrived back we re-shipped it the very same day. Your feedback seems very unfair as we did everything possible to help fix your mistake. The additional charge was to cover the cost of another shipment.
