    sorry you had not results. buyer wrote feedback (without getting in touch first to try & resolve the issue). i reached out to buyer & agreed to refund her in exchange for feedback changed to reflect this. she agreed as long as refunded first. I REFUNDED THE BUYER. as soon as buyer was refunded & revision link sent she ignored my numerous emails and calls for the first 3 days. after this kept saying will do it, then try to, then dont know how to do it. 10 days later revision link expired!
