This keyboard is a direct fit for my laptop. I did check the part numbers before ordering. I wouldn't call this an easy task to do, as I added some hot glue in various places to hold the new one in. Not a task for someone who isn't somewhat technically inclined. We will have to wait and see how this new keypad works out. I hope to get couple more years from this laptop.
