I purchased this item, being "new, unused". Of the 12 pieces, I could only use about 4 of them because the rubber head fell out of the metal frame. Also, all of the handles were all dinged up badly. These are all clearly rejects, and I'm guessing they are sold in large lots so that at least a few might be useable? I gave personal feedback plus photos to the seller and asked for a clarification on the description. No change in description. I have photos of the ones I received. Don't buy these.
