If it doesn’t, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
Note: If you want to sell multiple items as a single lot to one buyer, you can use an auction-style or Fixed Price format. Just say in the item description that this is a single lot. For example, if you're selling four bowls as a single set, you'd indicate that this is a set of four bowls.

Single listings that offer multiple items to avoid fees can put sellers who pay all their eBay fees at a disadvantage and undermines the trust and legitimacy of eBay’s marketplace.
