Antique Palais Royal Mother of Pearl Griffins Scissors. The shanks are carved in the form of griffins and flowers. A variety of Palais Royal scissors are shown on p. 107 of Gay Ann Rogers' book. French Circa 1810-20.

Germany Circa 1890. It holds four 'pages' of steel pins in different sizes and every pin is in place. There's a little wear around the edges and a crease on the side where you have to bend back the cover to access the pins, but it's in overall excellent condition for an antique paper piece.

Antique clothing button was produced using several materials. The button features the image of a stork or other bird, which has been composed entirely of dyed bird feathers. It is in very nice shape and it will display beautifully.

It is in great condition with minimal wear and discoloration from age. It looks to be aluminum.

English Circa 1890s. Join with others who love thimbles & needlework tools. This little leather travel sewing set is unusual because of the hand embroidery on one side, right on the leather. The leather is embossed on both sides with a scrolling border and it's lined in silk and matching leather.
