Nike Dunk Low Siempre Familia

Over the years, Nike has been known for creating an enormous number of special sneakers in honor of various people or occasions. This special offering, known as the Nike Dunk Low Siempre Familia, was inspired by Mictlān, the underworld as depicted in Aztec mythology. The shoe celebrates the Mexican Day of the Dead. With a green textile upper that is shaped to resemble a reptile’s scales, the shoe also has leather overlays of various colors. The overlay around the toebox and eyelets is a black and gray camo pattern, and other overlays — including the Nike swoosh across the side — are made from turquoise leather with bits of red and orange for added flavor.
