The power ratings quoted above are the maximum wattage that can be delivered to each channel simultaneously. These power amps are designed to deliver audio to two channels. Note that the power delivered will depend on the resistance of the channel it’s transmitted over. An 8-ohm channel will cut the power ratings in half.
