Descriptionbeautiful wedding/ball/prom dress, with a rouched skirt and white detail on the bust and waistline. This dress is brand new with tags, it is not a tried on sample, nor is it for exhibition or display. This auction is for the dress only and does not include any petticoat or veil. Please note that we use the same colour and material to make the dress as the pictures, however because of variations on monitior settings colour may differ slightly. This dress is made to order, in all sizes and colours. Please see our measuring guide and colour chart which can be found at the top of our ebay shop page, Please provide us with your measurements and colour requirements following purchase. Each made to measure dress will take 4-5 weeks to make, and will be dispatched within 3 working days following making and quality checks.
Payment
We accept paypal, the item will only be shipped once the payment has been received.
Shipping
Our standard shipping rate is £25.00 per dress combined shipping discounts are available. Dresses will be shipped within 3 business days, after we receive payment.
Terms of Sale
Refunds and exchanges
Should there be a problem with the dress when it is received, you should contact us within 3 days with a description and if possible a picture of the problem (we will not give refunds or exchanges if we receive nofication after 3 days).
If there is a dress making fault we will refund payment accordingly or offer an exchange.
If the dress is refunded the customer will be liable for all shipping costs and we will refund only the sale price of the dress.
If the dress is exchanged the customer will be liable for all shipping costs and we should receive the dress within 7 days, in original unworn condition otherwise we cannot exchange.
All made to measure dresses, where customer has provided measurements are non-refundable or exchangable, with the exception of dress making faults. Should this be the case please follow the above guidelines.

Any shocking and embarrassing incident of this kind is due simply to an ill-fitting garment. This is where our full made to measure and alterations service comes in, yes it costs a little more and takes a bit of time but if you are not a standard size then this service is totally for you, All you need to do is contact us with your measurements (please see the measuring guide) and we will do the rest. Also most of our gowns can be made in a colour to suit you (please see our colour chart) again this does cost a little more and take a little longer.
