SHIPPING
· We will automatically ship your order to your eBay registered address. If your address is not updated, please inform us immediately.
· DEFAULT COURIER is www.philfoxcourier.com. Provincial handler is LBC through Philfox. Seller has the option to use other courier depending on location and circumstances.
· Please allow 2-3 business days delivery of your item (not including Sundays and holidays). Shipping fee includes postage and handling. I ship Mondays to Fridays only excluding Holidays. Items are usually shipped the next day after receipt of payment.
· Tracking numbers are usually sent via SMS. You may track your package through www.philfoxcourier.com. Please allow 1-2 business days for your online tracking to be updated. We can help you with the tracking but it is the utmost responsibility of the buyer to track the shipment.
· If you would like to use another courier (Air21/JRS/LBC-Direct, etc.) than those above, chances are, I may not be able to ship them right away. These will be shipped by schedule. Additional fee may be charged.
· Item ceases to be under seller’s responsibility once it leaves our hands. We are not in control for any delay once shipped, and even delays due to out of delivery areas. Insurance is always recommended (1% of item price).
· Strictly NO meet-ups and no COD (cash on delivery) arrangements. Payments shall be made in full before the item can be shipped.

WARRANTY AND REFUND
· All items are brand new and factory-sealed (as appropriate) UNLESS stated otherwise. Product warranty is usually stated when there is, and if there is none, please do not ask for it.
· Refund dispute should be made WITHIN 24 hours upon receipt of the item. Items are eligible for refund ONLY if the item received is not as described. Packages that are sealed/brand new and were opened already are NOT eligible for refund. Items should be sent back to me first before I return the payment. Postage and shipping cost is non-refundable. Shipping cost for return items should be shouldered by the buyer. Refunds will be sent via GCASH only.
