Description

This dress is brand new with tags (The Glass Slipper), it is not a tried on sample, nor is it for exhibition or display. This auction is for the dress only and does not include any petticoat or veil. Please note that we use the same colour and material to make the dress as the pictures, however because of variations on monitior settings colour may differ slightly. Please see our colour chart and measurement guides. Our seamstresses take three to five weeks to cut and make the dress, however we do hold a number of dresses in stock in standard sizes so please e mail and check if we have the required dress in your size.

 


Payment

We accept paypal, all credit aqnd debit cards and cheques/e cheques, please note that the item will only be shipped once the payment has been received and has cleared.

Shipping

Our standard shipping rate is £4.00 per dress for uk customers only, if you require shipping out of the uk please contact us as a general rule of thumb it will be 10% of the dress cost.. Dresses will take three to five weeks to make after we receive payment and measurement details. items will be shipped within 3 business days following this.

Terms of Sale

Refunds and exchanges Should there be a problem with the dress when it is received, you should contact us within 3 days with a description and if possible a picture of the problem (we will not give refunds or exchanges if we receive nofication after 3 days). If there is a dress making fault we will refund payment accordingly or offer an exchange. If the dress is refunded the customer will be liable for all shipping costs and we will refund only the sale price of the dress. If the dress is exchanged the customer will be liable for all shipping costs and we should receive the dress within 7 days, in original unworn condition otherwise we cannot exchange. All made to measure dresses, where customer has provided measurements are non-refundable or exchangable, with the exception of dress making faults. Should this be the case please follow the above guidelines.

This is where our full made to measure and alterations service comes in, yes it costs a little more and takes a bit of time but if you are not a standard size then this service is totally for you, All you need to do is contact us with your measurements (please see the measuring guide) and we will do the rest. Also most of our gowns can be made in a colour to suit you (please see our colour chart) again this does cost a little more and take a little longer. At The Glass Slipper, there is no gown that we cannot make fit you beautifully, whether it be made to measure or not.. Getting to know you . . . Every bride is different, Your style is different, your wedding day plans are different, your image of yourself as a bride is different, different to every other bride out there.
