TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All watches are guaranteed original/authentic, or your money back. They are pre-owned so therefore expect some scuffs and natural wearing. They are also not water proofed or pressure tested, unless stated. We describe the condition of the item as best as we could but to be sure please look at the pictures more closely. Pictures shown would be the actual item. If for a justifiable reason you want to return the watch, refund can be given but with less 15% of the winning amount to compensate on various e-bay fees. We will not refund the shipping fee for obvious reasons.  Please do not open or tamper with the item because this will void your option to have it returned. Watch must also be returned within 2 days after receiving it.

In the event that the item is damaged during shipping, We will not send money for the repair of the item. Instead send the item back to us and we will have the item repaired with no additional charge to you.  Again, item must not be opened up or tampered with.

FEED BACK POLICY:

We will never give you a reason to leave us negative feedback. If you have a problem with the item, we will fix it. Please understand this is a real business with employees and as in any business negative feedback is damaging. Please allow us the opportunity to make things right before you react by sending us e-mail and we promise to get back to you the soonest possible time. Thank you.

However, we will not hesitate to file Unpaid Item Dispute to those who will not send payment or doesn’t make any correspondence within 4 (four) calendar days of Auction Closing.
