this company will tell you they waterproofed the already waterproof apple ipod and tell you it is new with unopened box this is false advertising. I think they have reading and writing comprehension issues. I bought a new one five years ago and it came in a three inch cube not a little small one inch by one inch plastic container. so beware. you are probably better off buying from honest people who do not argue back and forth for an item that cost me only 150 dollars to almost three hundred now

This Buyer is a scammer abusing the eBay platform. Indeed, Buyer shamelessly demanded significant amount of cash or else she would “write a bad review”. So here we are. This attempted blackmail was reported to eBay and it is being investigated. Buyer refused to return product for a full refund & falsely claims that the original Shuffle Box is 3x3x3 whereas it is 1.8 x 1.8 x 1.75. This is exactly what Buyer received, along with New Swim iPod, NEW earphones, buds, cable, & hard case for storage.
