Snuza Halo detects even the slightest movement and will alert you if your baby’s movements are very weak or fall to less than 8 movements per minute. If no movement at all is detected for a period of 15 seconds, Halo will vibrate gently. Often this vibration is enough to rouse the baby, and Halo will revert to monitoring mode. After three vibration/rouse incidents, the Rouse Warning will alert you to the fact that your baby’s movements have stopped for 15 seconds on three occasions. If no further movement is detected for another 5 seconds, an alarm will sound to alert you.

All items ordered and paid for before 3pm on any working day (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Items ordered after 3pm but before 5pm may be dispatched the same day depending upon collections . All items ordered outside these times will be dispatched the following working day. Deliveries to non UK mainland destinations may take longer than the standard delivery times stated. Please contact us for further information.

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise your right within seven working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order - either by email, post or fax. The goods must be returned to us at your expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. The goods must be returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition (unused). We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to replacement or refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: Lingerie and underwear, Swimwear, Creams and liquids, Breathing monitors, Nasal aspirator, Pillows, Customised Goods.
