Each item I list is described to the best of my ability. The photos are of the actual item being sold and are as detailed as possible. I welcome any questions prior to the close of auction for clarification. Most items that I list have been previously owned and they are all being sold in an "as is" condition with no warranty. I try to describe the working status of the item, but keep in mind that items (and complete running watches in particular) may need servicing, cleaning, and/or adjustment. Many items I sell are vintage watches that should not be expected to keep time as accurately as modern quartz watches.

Although my descriptions and photos are as accurate as I can make them, if you are unhappy with an item you receive, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it, and I will work to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me as shown in my excellent feedback rating. I want happy customers.

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, 

·         The item should not have been opened-up or tampered or altered.

·         We do not refund shipping fees since these go to the shipping company.

·         The item must be shipped back by  as a “returned item” within 3 days from receipt.

·         If the buyer claims that the watch does not work, please return the watch and we will repair it/inspect it at no cost to the buyer.

·         We do not send-out payments or money to repair the watch. Thank you.
