    • All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.
    • Refunds are within 14 days from the day the customer received the original item.
    • We will send you a prepaid label to send the item back.  If the item is found to be as described you will receive a refund of your winning bid minus shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee.
